“Getting SMACed at Global Business Series Network event

The top business leaders were at the recent Global Business Services Network event (GBSN), titled “Intelligent Automation and Emerging Trends Relating to the GBS space”.

They were discussing the impact of Social, Mobile, Analytics & Cloud technologies will have on the future workforce.

An enthusiastic crowd of 150+ attendees from 100+ companies representing leaders and subject matter experts in the Malaysian Global Business Services (GBS) industry joined the event in deliberating how to take advantage of the next wave of technology to future proof the GBS industry in Malaysia.
