A reader sent us this advertisement he found in the Government’s Jobsbank and asked why Google Singapore was searching for a Partner Operations Manager who can speak Hindi.
The reader asked: “From the job description, the candidate will be working with professionals who will understand English, not villages from India. So is there a need to speak Hindi for this role?”
